1. Service Overview

HelloDental is a dental practice management and networking platform. It allows clinics to manage patient records, appointments, lab communication, and access tools for professional growth.

2. Free Trial and Subscription

• Clinics get a 6-month free plan upon registration.
• After the free period, clinics may choose a paid subscription plan to continue access.
• Subscription fees are payable through Razorpay and are non-refundable.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Users must maintain accurate registration details.
• Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their credentials.
• Any misuse, sharing, or unauthorized access of accounts may lead to suspension.

4. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Patient and clinic information is secured and used only to deliver our services.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
• Plans are billed in advance and automatically renewed unless canceled before the billing date.
• No refunds are provided once payment is successfully processed.

6. Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription anytime before renewal. Cancellation stops future payments but does not refund any previous charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

HelloDental is not responsible for any data loss, downtime, or damages resulting from system updates, internet issues, or third-party services.

8. Modifications

HelloDental reserves the right to modify these terms or features at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
